NORTH TEXAS SALE

A private investor has purchased a 20,700-sf former Dollar General store on 1.9 acres at 7800 South Freeway, Fort Worth, from the Rankin Family LP. Nick Talley, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Katherine Graham, broker associate, represented the buyer in the direct deal.

NORTH TEXAS LEASE

Car Capital Corp. has subleased 8,773 sf of office/showroom space at 1420 Valwood Parkway, Carrollton, from Vortex USA Inc. Jason Finch, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the sublessor. Rich Young of the Rich Young Co. represented the sublessee.
